Healthy Snack and Meal Shares

Preferred snack for athletes to have at the studio consist of fresh veggies, fresh fruit, and sandwiches….

We encourage parents to forward healthy eating ideas that have worked.  Keep in mind that I have parents who are interested in meals as well as snacks.  Feel free to post ideas for every meal and every occasion.

  1. We have tried the following with success for recitals, competitions, and long days at the studio:
    Cheesesticks
    Turkey bites/jerky
    Sushi
    Chili/Tortellini/Veggie soup/Fried Rice with Chicken – in a thermos
    Guacamole cup/Tortilla Chips
    Hummus/Pretzel sticks
    Spinach salad w/ favorite dressing
